MEET OUR FOUNDER AND DESIGNER: lELIA tRANShe’s the mastermind behind our inspired designs.
Lelia began her work in interior design not as the artist, but as a television producer for Sell This House! This experience opened her eyes to the power of thoughtful design which she translated into a townhome renovation for her family. Fast forward through design project after project for family, friends, and acquaintances, and Ulivo Home & Design was born! Lelia has found passion in her purpose and strives to create spaces that truly speak to our clients.
Fun facts about Lelia:
During her TV production days, Lelia worked on A&E's Emmy nominated show: Hoarders.
Lelia and her husband Devin LOVE to travel. They call Italy their second home. Not only do they appreciate the people, culture and slower lifestyle in Italy, they thoroughly enjoy exploring new towns and villages each time they return. For Lelia, the breathtaking landscapes, centuries-old architecture and amazing artisans she meets throughout that country and throughout her other travels constantly provide her design inspirations.
For someone who doesn’t even know how to swim, Lelia feels most at peace whenever she gets to be by the water…lake, ocean, pond… doesn’t matter! No wonder blue is one of her favorite color palettes to design with.
This cultured designer speaks 3 languages: English, Vietnamese, and Italian. Though she’s not fluent in Italian yet, she hopes to improve with each trip!
